Villa Irde is located respectively 12km from the charming town of Alghero and asolo 2km from its airport.
Nearby are the most beautiful beaches of the Coral Riviera: ‘Le Bombarde, Il Lazzaretto, Mugoni and Porto Ferro’ to name a few.
The structure is on two levels and consists of 6 well-furnished bedrooms with all comforts: air conditioning, and satellite TV, 6 respective bathrooms, 2 kitchens equipped with all appliances and 2 dining rooms.
The entire structure is surrounded by a beautiful garden, the fruit of the love and commitment of the owner who will welcome you into the structure and who will always be at your disposal for every request and need, thanks to his decades of experience in the sector.
In the pool area equipped with sun loungers there is a spacious and shady veranda furnished with tables and chairs, where you can enjoy pleasant lunches and dinners all together, in the same there is also a service bathroom plus a comfortable shower. Just a few steps away from the swimming pool there is a convenient barbeque area where you can cook excellent barbecues for everyone. We have also thought of the little ones, who will have a lovely, fun playground at their disposal. In a completely fenced-off area of the villa, separated and closed by gates, there are two very sweet dogs with whom it is impossible to interact.

The exterior is surrounded by a large, well-kept garden with lawn. The large garden, which is completely enclosed, is lit at night and allows for covered parking in the parking spaces provided.
Villa Irde is divided into two separate floors (mezzanine and ground floor). Each floor has a kitchenette and three spacious double rooms. Each room has a bathroom with shower or bathtub, air conditioning, satellite and terrestrial TV, hairdryer and mini-fridge: everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay.
A large covered patio overlooking the pool is the living area of the villa, furnished with garden chairs and a table. Outside the villa is a large, well-kept garden with a lawn that surrounds the entire villa. The large garden, which is completely enclosed, is illuminated at night and allows for covered parking in the carport.
The pool is equipped with sunbeds and a large wooden pergola, ideal for taking a dip after enjoying the Sardinian sun. Next to the pool is an outdoor shower with washbasin and toilet. Around the pool there are sun loungers and deck chairs.
